How to Get Healthy Sleep Every Night

I’ve been getting lots of questions from our community about sleep deprivation so I hopped on a quick live video call to address some common sleep issues.

In this live video Q&A I did on July 16, 2018, I covered:

  1. What to do if you struggle to fall asleep
  2. Why you might be waking up in the middle of the night
  3. How to wake up feeling restored and refreshed

If you have questions that you’d like me to answer in my next live Q&A, let me know.
